CHALLENGE

Ok, launch a brand new line of toys, explain what they do, and make them cool. In 30 seconds.

Five-year-olds know Hasbro’s NERF, but “blasters” are their big brother’s game. They know cars though, and the opportunity for Nitro was to give kids a NERF-powered way to play with them. At this age, they're looking for skills they can master — on their own — to set them apart from “little kids”.

And hey, since they are being creative, developing motor skills and (hopefully) not shooting each other in the face, parents are on board.

EXECUTION

With Nitro I wanted kids to see their world through new eyes — as a blank canvas where they could pull off sweet stunts.

SUMMARY
